With Hamilton as the first city (outside of Toronto) to host a CLiFF location, Saptel thanked all the delegates who supported the Festival for the last year or more. He also explained the various threads the CLiFF was involved in: from education, to labour history, to youth involvement to affecting changes on a local and global level.
